' Photo copy of Resolution No,21, dated 30-11-1998 passed by the Cantonment Board, duly attested/verified by Mr. Imtiaz Ali, Advocate, learned counsel for the petitioner/Cantonment Board, Peshawar, has been produced today in the Court which has been placed on the file for record. The other copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the respondent, Mr. Salahuddin Khan, Advocate.

It appears from the resolution that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties as the offer made by the respondent, on the last date of hearing, duly incorporated in this Court's order, dated 4-11-1998, has been accepted by the Cantonment Board. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the circumstances, this revision petition be dismissed as withdrawn and he be permitted to bring a fresh one if the respondent fails to act in accordance with his offer, dated 4-11-1998, within a period of two months and that in that case the injunction granted by the lower forums to the respondent shall stand vacated.
3. Since the request of the learned counsel for the Cantonment Board is genuine, therefore, it is granted. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. If the needful is not done by the respondent within a period of two months then in that case the stay order granted by the lower forum to him shall stand vacated. revisions by the competent authorities.
