IHSAN-UL-HAQ CHAUDHARY, J.- It is argued that the petitioner was fully qualified for appointment as Constable but was illegally ignored.
2. On the other hand Rana Muhammad Arif, learned Addl. A.G. Has pointed out that the petitioner gave his date of birth as 6th of October, 1980 in the application for appointment as Constable while according to the rules he should be 18 years old and as he was under age to the extent of 17 days, therefore, he was ignored.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage states that according to the birth certificate the petitioner has attained the age of 18 years.
4. The petitioner himself supplied the date of birth as 6th of October, 1980 and the same was taken into consideration and his application was rejected and now he cannot agitate that his actual date of birth was something different.
5. The writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs. revisions by the competent authorities. Therefore, it is advisable to consult the official sources or legal professionals for the most up-to-date and accurate information.
