1. ' The learned counsel for the respondents, upon hearing, has submitted a statement which is singed by the relevant officers of P.T.C.L. As also by himself. It having been established during the course of hearing that the petitioner, as reflected in the earlier orders of the Court, had applied for appointment in P.T.C.L. In time but that in spite of his earlier clearance of the requisite test/qualification his application was not duly processed, the respondents, through the statement submitted today have made various commitments, such that the petitioner has choice to accept the same and to withdraw the petition. The petitioner had examined the said statement and accepted the terms thereof, provided that the same are strictly acted upon by the respondents and besides that on account of the petitioner agitating his grievance he is in no way victimized for mala fide reasons. The respondents assure the same. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn but the contents of the above statements are recorded as undertakings of the respondents rendered in this Court.
