ABDUL HAFEEZ CHEEMA, J.- Contends that the appellant was appointed as Radio-grapher on 9.5.1993 and was posted at Sher Shah, Multan and was transferred to Lodhran on 14.2.1995. He could not complete his normal tenure and was again transferred to Karor Pakka in April. 1996 wherefrom he was transferred to Jehanian. He stayed there for a very short-while when he was transferred to Kacha Khuh wherefrom he was made to go to Tibba Sultan only after to months. Thus, the appellant had to suffer many transfers within a short span of time which ostensibly are against the transfer policy of the Government of the Punjab and so also against the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Zahid Akhtar's case (PLD 1995 SC page 530).
2. The case is, therefore, referred to the Director Health Services, Multan to examine it himself and to pass an appropriate order after affording a chance of hearing to the appellant. He shall also ensure that no unnecessary disturbance is .Caused to the appellant. He shall pass an equitable order within a period of to weeks from he receipt of this order. Meanwhile, status quo to continue.
