ORDER

MUHAMMAD NASEEM, J.- The respondent is absent inspite of his legal service and ex parte proceedings are initiated against him.

2. The respondent is the husband of the petitioner. Between the parties one matter for dissolution of marriage is pending in the Court of Mr. Ghulam Sarwar Qadri, Civil Judge 1st Class/Judge Family Court. Arifwala. District Pakpattan Sharif while the other matter for restitution of conjugal rights is staled to be one the file of Mr. Muhammad Aslarn Bhatti, Civil Judge 1st Class Judge Family Court.

Vehari. For the transfer of one matter to the other Court so that both the matters are heard by one and the same Presiding Officer this application has been filed. The respondent has not contested this application. The petitioner is a resident of Qaboola Sharif, Tehsil Arifwala, District Pakpattan Sharif. She is a lady. Keeping in view the rule of convenience the case pending in the Court of Mr. Muhammad Aslam Bhatti, Civil Judge lst Class/Judge Family Court, Vehari is withdrawn from his Court and is transferred to the file of Mr. Ghulam Sarwar Qadri, Civil Judge 1st Class/Judge Family Court, Arifwala, District Pakpattan Sharif for disposal of both the matters tiller summoning the respondent and consolidation of both the matters. The petitioner and her learned Advocate shall appear before Mr. Ghulam Sarwar Qadri, Civil Judge 1st Class/Judge Family Court, Arifwala, District Pakpattan Sharif on 4.12.1995 and in between Mr. Muhammad Aslam Bhatti, Civil Judge 1st Class/Judge Family Court, Vehari shall send the file pending in his Court.
