IFTIKHAR HUSSAIN CHAUDHRY, J.- Petitioner seeks post arrest bail in case FIR No. 511/96, dated 2.12.1996 under sections 10/11 of the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), P.S. Saddar Okara. The allegations against the petitioner and his co-accused is that they abducted Mst. Ramzana Bibi, daughter of the complainant. According to investigation conducted Muhammad Rashid, a brother of the petitioner is the real culprit who had abducted daughter of the complainant and had taken her to Bahawalnagar District. The Investigating Officer present in Court submits that despite efforts the exact place where Muhammad Rashid and the abductee were residing could not be ascertained. He has also stated that according to the investigation conducted Muhammad Rashid was the real culprit.
2. The case of the petitioner in view of the investigation conducted thus far appears to be that of further inquiry and he is allowed bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of Area Magistrate of Police Station concerned.
3. The SHO, P.S. Saddar Okara is directed to seek assistance Of Superintendent of Police Okara as well as of District Bahawalnagar and make serious efforts for recovery of the abductee. revisions by the competent authorities.
