1. Prayer of the petitioner is to the effect that order of respondents Nos.2 and 3 cancelling licence of the petitioner and order of respondent No,1 dismissing the appeal of petitioner be declared illegal, contrary to law, without jurisdiction, based on mala fides and ultra vires and set aside the same as such and respondents Nos.2 and 3 be restrained from interfering into the lawful business of the petitioner for all time to come.
2. 2.It may be pointed out that the licence issued to petitioner shows that the same was valid from 1- 7-1996 to 30-6-1997. Admittedly the same stands expired on 30-6-1997 having not been renewed thereafter. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents states that the petitioner has already left the premises in dispute and handed over the possession of the same to other person.
3. In support of this he has .referred to statement made by the present premises in dispute, during the pendency of a civil suit. The learned counsel for petitioner is unable to controvert the same.
4. 3.In view of the fact that the licence, on the basis of which this writ petition has been filed has expired and it has not been got renewed upto now, this petition has become infructuous. The same, is, therefore, dismissed as such. revisions by the competent authorities.
