Grievance of the petitioner is that she is living with her mother but respondent No,2 Nazir Ahmad, her father, in connivance with respondent No,1 SHO, P/S Gulberg, Lahore is extending threats to the effect that he will forcibly abduct her. Seeks a direction that respondent SHO, P.S. Gulberg should not cause any harassm ent or commit illegality qua the petitioner.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner at length, it is directed that no illegality shall be committed by respondent No,1 SHO against the petitioner. If there is any application, pending inquiry against the petitioners, she shall be summoned by an order in writing to be duly incorporated in the daily register. A copy of this order shall also be sent to DSP Gulberg who shall see to it that the order is strictly complied with. With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
