SAEED-UR-REHMAN FARRUKH, J.- The petitioner seeks bail in case under section 10/11 of the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood Ordinance, 1979 registered tide F.I.R. 159/1996 dated 10.6.1996 at police station, Saddar Jalalpur Jattan, District Gujrat.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner is behind the bar for more than emu year and there is no progress whatsoever in the case in that evidence of even a single witness has not been recorded so far.
3. Due to inordinate delay in the commencement of the trial statutory right of grant of bail has accrued to the petitioner. Consequently, this petition is accepted and the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 25.000 - (Rupees Twenty five thousand) with to sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
