1. Ad interim pre-arrest bail allowed to the petitioner in the case registered vide F.I.R. No,42 of 8-2- 1996 under sections 324/34/337-F(i) and H(ii), P.P.C. at Police Station Tatalyaali District Gujranwala on 4-4-1996, inter alia, alleging subjection to multiple stab wounds by co-accused Muhammad Jamil in quick succession on various parts of the complainant's brother Mehdi Hassan's anatomy having been clasped around by the petitioner's son Abdul Vakil responding to his exhortation equipped with a club, is hereby confirmed for the ascribed role being patently incongruous with the petitioner's physical inability viz., of advanced age with highly feeble physique and diminished eyesight patently demonstrating the in-built mala fide of the prosecution.
