1. ' The petitioner moved petition for bail before arrest. She was allowed interim bail. An order was passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, on 12-11-1976, that during the course of arguments, the A. S. I. Stated that he wanted more time to ascertain the authenticity of the document. The bail petition was adjourned to 16-11-1976. It was again adjourned to 28th of November 1976, on the ground that the specimen signatures had to be sent to the expert for comparison. It is a petition which could be disposed of even without the final result of the expert.
2. The offences do not fall within the prohibitory clause, and besides, the case of the" petitioner is covered under proviso to subsection (1) of section 497, Cr. P. C. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge to finally dispose of the petition on 28th November 1976.
