ORDER

RAJA MUHAMMAD KHURSHID, J.- A case under Section 337/A(ii), 324/34 PPC is registered against the petitioner and others for an occurrence, which took place on 7.8.1997 within the area of Police Station, Secretariat, Islamabad, in which the complainant of this case received injuries. In the same transaction, present petitioner was also injured as is clear from the report recorded on 9.8.1997 in the daily diary of Police Station, Secretariat, Islamabad. According to that report, the complainant of this case was allegedly the aggressor as he had opened attack on the petitioner. It is thus a case of two versions about the same occurrence. Even otherwise according to the FIR, the petitioner was assigned a-general role as was assigned to his co-accused, who have since been admitted to bail by the learned lower Court.

2. The petitioner-claiming to be a student of Intermediate for which a College Leaving Certificate from the Principal Ishaq Shaheed Intermediate (Sc/Artc) College, Rawalpindi Cantt. Is placed on record. He is not a previous convict. The investigation is since complete and his person is no more required in connection with the investigation as the case has already been sent to the Court concerned for trial.

3. In view of the above situation, allowing this petition, the petitioner is admitted to bail in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Learned trial Court.
