MALIK MUHAMMAD QAYYUM, J.- This application under section 25- A of the Punjab Family Courts Act, 1964 seeks transfer of a suit for restitution of conjugal rights titled 'Syed Iqbal Hussain Shah v.
Mst. Fouzia Iqbal Shah' to a Court at District Khushab.
2. The leamed counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner is a lady and is being harassed by the respondent No. 3 by filing a suit at Sargodha. This averment remained un- rebutted on the record as no one has appeared on behalf of respondent No. 3 nor has any reply been filed.
This petition is, therefore, allowed, the suit titled Syed Iqbal Hussain Shah v. Mst. Fouzia Iqbal Shah is withdrawn from the Court of Mr. Latif Ahmad Cheema, Civil Judge/Judge, Family Court, Sargodha and is entrusted to the Court of Senior Civil Judge/Judge Family Court, Khushab for its decision in accordance with law.
