TANVIR AHMAD KHAN, J.- Petitioner through this application has sought post arrest bail in a case registered vide FIR No. 134/96 recorded on 1.5.1996, at Police Station Gulshan Ravi under Sections 13/20/65 of Arms: Ordinance, 1965.
2. The allegation against the petitioner is that during the course of .investigation of FIR No. 120/96 recorded on 27.4.1996 under Sections 399/402/324/353/T86/1.2LA PPC read'with Section 6, 3/4 of the Explosive Act at . the same Police Station, he led to the recovery of pistol alongwith magazine.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner has been implicated in this case in a mala fide manner as no public witness whatsoever was associated in the alleged recovery which according to him has been planted. He has also stated that'the petitioner has been also released in the main case and co- accused have also released on bail. Taking into account - all the aforesaid submissions of the leamed counsel, I admit the petitioner to bail provided he furnishes bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate concerned. revisions by the competent authorities.
