2. According to the FIR the allegation against the petitioner is that he gave a blow with wrong side of hatchet on the forearm of Khushi Muhammad. According to learned counsel for the petitioner all the co-accused namely Hassan Khan., Muhammad Ali. Shahab Din. Zafar and Aas Muhammad are on bail. Out of these Hassan Khan is a ascribed almost simillar role of causing a blow with "Dang" on the head of Khushi Muhammad. The fact that the co-accused of the petitioner have been released on bail is not controverted by The learned State counsel. The petitioner is behind the bare for the last more than six months. Keeping in view the nature of allegations as well as the fact that the co-accused have been released on bail the petitioner is also admitted to bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 50.000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court. revisions by the competent authorities.
