ORDER

1. The learned Advocate-General, states that a schedule regarding payment has been worked out and through the same various steps hive been visualised to arrange for the funds. The learned counsel for the applicants in this case and for the petitioner in connected Civil Petition No,D-2108 of 1997 are unable to find fault with the steps and the timings thereof culminating in the arrangement of payment to the K.T.C. Affectees. Such schedule, accordingly, is placed on record but the functionaries of the State are cautioned to ensure due implementation in letter and spirit.

2. Meanwhile, contempt and other proceedings would continue pending to be taken up in course of time. Correspondingly and to ensure effective implementation, by consent, we appoint Mr. Bashir A.

3. Memon, the former Official Assignee to oversee the timely execution of the various steps visualised in the above schedule. Mr. Bashir A. Memon, former Official Assignee's fee is fixed, tentatively, at Rs,10,000 to be paid by the Government of Sindh within a week's time.

4. ' For further proceedings to come up on 10-4-1998 but by that time needful shall have been done at the level of the Government of Sindh. The alleged contemners shall keep attending the proceedings till further orders. revisions by the competent authorities.
