MUNIR A.SHEIKH, J.- The grievance of the petitioner that his application/departmental representation to requisition a house for him for his occupation being civil servant, has not been disposed of.

2. In the comments it has been clearly stated that the respondents have no intention to requisition any house for the petitioner and that the petitioner has already approached Service Tribunal in the matter which being terms and conditions of civil servant is exclusively triable by the Service Tribunal and jurisdiction of this Court under Article 212 of the Constitution is barred.

3. A copy of the parawise comments has been delivered to the petitioner who shall treat the same as decision of the departmental authorities on his departmental representation and the same shall be deemed to have been rejected and seek remedy before the Service Tribunal accordingly.

4. The jurisdiction of this Court under Article 212 of the Constitution is barred in such matters being relatable to terms and conditions of civil servant therefore, this writ petition is dismissed in limine.
