RAJA MUHAMMAD KHURSHID, J.- A case Under Sections 452/148/149 PPC was registered against the petitioner vide FTR No. 149/96 dated 21.9.1969 at P.S. Sanawan. District Muzaffargarh.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been declared innocent in to successive police investigations and the case against him was discharged. However, the investigation was re-opened on the petitioner of parents of abductee namely Mst. Fatima Noreen, which was conducted by the D.S.P. Head quarter, Muzaffargarh who found him innocent. The aforesaid investigation was confirmed-by the S.P. Muzaffargarh.
3. Learned state counsel has confirmed all the above facts and has submitted that according to the police investigation, it is recommended that the case{{SOME PART MISS}}
4. In view of the foregoing facts, it has become a case of further enquiry The petition is accordingly allowed and the interim to the petitioner ' vide order dated 1.10.19% is confirmed. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer in writing. revisions by the competent authorities.
