' The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered through F.I.R. No,14 of 1997, dated 16-1-1997, under section 16 (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979, at Police Station Tibba Sultanpur which was lodged by Muhamamd Siddique alleging that her wife Mst. Naziran had been abducted by Safdar, his son Zulfiqar and relative Abdur Rashid and his wife along with present petitioner who is son-in- law of said Safdar alleging that he was told that these accused persons who had come to his house took away his wife in his absence.
2. Sohbat Hussain, A.S.-I. When questioned admitted that during the investigation the parents of the abductee were not approached in order to ascertain whether the abductee had at all been abducted or she had gone to her parents' house of her own.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that father of the petitioner got some land purchased by Muhammad Siddique complainant for which he received some commission from him on account of which he has involved the present petitioner. The allegation that the petitioner was involved in the abduction of Mst. Naziran along with his father-in-law Safdar and Sala Zulfiqar does not appear to be natural and reasonable as no father-in-law and Sala would allow his son-in-law and brother-in-law respectively to abduct another woman.
4. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner up til today no evidence is made available about the involvement of the petitioner in this case. It is a case of further inquiry and falls under section 497(2), Cr.P.C. So far the present petitioner is concerned.
5. The petitioner is allowed bail in the sum of Rs,50,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C./Duty Magistrate, Mailsi.
