ORDER

The learned counsel for the appellant /petitioner argued the case at length; however conceded that the accused Muhammad Safdar in fact had found his sister Kaneez Bibi deceased lying in an objectionable condition with Abbas Haider deceased and as such, out of grave and sudden provocation had fired at both of them.

2. I am of the view that no respectable or even a person of lowly status in our society would tolerate such a situation wherein honour of his family is involved and a man of conscious will certainly be invoked in such circumstances; therefore the sentence awarded to the respondents is reasonable.

The learned counsel for the petitioner as agreeing with the above situation did not press the petition and conceded to withdraw it. Dismissed in limine.
