DECISION This appeal arises from the order of the 1st Sind Labour Court, Karachi, dismissing the petition of the appellant filed under section 25-A of the I.R.O. For reinstatement in Karachi Transport Corporation.

The petition of the appellant was dismissed for non-prosecution by the 1st Sind Labour Court on 22- 2-1993. The petitioner was represented by an Advocate. The petitioner as well as the Advocate remained absent. The appellant attended -the Court again on 8-12-1996 after more than three years for restoration on the ground that he could not move the Court earlier because he was not well on account of "magic". He did not even contact his counsel during these three years. Even proof of magical illness was not produced but a Medical Certificate was produced that the appellant was suffering from Psychoneurosis and Schizophrenia from 12-2-1993 to 7-12-1996, This certificate has been given by the Child Specialist of Baqai Hospital. It is not a certificate by any Neuro Physician or a Psychiatrist. The learned Labour Court No. 1 had no alternative but to dismiss the application moved after three years. I can hardly find any ground for interference with the order of the 1st Sind Labour Court, Karachi.

2. The appeal is accordingly dismissed in limine. revisions by the competent authorities. Therefore, it is advisable to consult the official sources or legal professionals for the most up-to-date and accurate information.
