' This petition has been filed by Mustaqeem who has prayed that Para. No,6 of this Court's Order, dated 5-6-1995 may kindly be deleted. The relevant Para. Of the said order is reproduced as under:-- "In addition to this the petitioner is also directed to deposit Rs,1,00,000 i,e,, half of the 'Diyat' amount in the Court of Zilla Qazi failing which he shall not be released on bail."
2. Mr. Shah Jehan Khan, Additional Advocate-General appeared on behalf of the State and submitted that he has no objection if the prayer made by the petitioner is accepted.
1 3. Since the State has no objection to the deletion of Para.6, as mentioned above, therefore, this petition is accepted. Para. No,6 of this Court's Order, dated 5-6-1995 stands deleted.
