1. ' The present petitioners were being proceeded against in a case under sections 148, 326, 324, 307/149, P. P. C. They were discharged by the learned Assistant Commissioner, vide order dated 20- 10-75. Having felt aggrieved of that order, Karam Din filed a revision, which was accepted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhupura, on 27-3-76. The case was remanded to the Magistrate for trial from the stage after 27-2-75. The present petition has been filed against the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge which is barred by section 439(4)(b), Cr. P. C. It has been clearly laid down in the said section that nothing in this section shall be deemed to authorise the High A Court to entertain any proceedings in revision with respect to an order made by the Sessions Judge under section 439-A, Cr. P. C. The petition is dismissed as being incompetent.
