1. Mr. Veshno contends that the applicant alongwith four others have been involved in a case Crime No.28 of 1994 under section 302 O & D read with sections 144 and 148, P.P.C. The police after investigation challaned only accused Imam Bux in this case. The complainant moved an application under section 193, Cr.P.C. In the trial Court and the applicant was joined as accused learned trial Court issued N.B.Ws. Against the applicant. After the issuance of the N.B.Ws. Against the applicant by the trial Court, the applicant apprehends danger of his arrest and humiliation at the hands of police.
2. Interim bail is granted to the applicant in the sum 0of Rs.100,000(Rs. One hundred thousand only)
3. P.R.Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Deputy Registrar of this court. Notice to A.A.-G.
