DECISION This appeal is directed against the order of the Fifth Sind Labour Court, Karachi dismissing the petition of one Javaid Ahmad for reinstatement with back benefits in the Allied Bank of Pakistan.

2. This appeal appears to be barred by limitation. The judgment was delivered on 14-1-1996. The copy is said to have been applied for on the same day but was prepared on 19-2-1996. After one month and five days much a long the, having been taken in preparation of copies and the copy was delivered on 25-2-1996, six days after it was kept ready but if all this the is excluded from 14-1- 1996 to 19-2-1996 even then appeal is the-- barred as it was filed on 24-3-1996. The appeal should have been filed within 30 days on 19-2-1996 when the copy was kept ready. It has been filed late by 5 days. No application for condonation of delay has been filed. The learned Advocate Mr. Syed Aftab Hassan has not been able to show how the appeal was filed within the.
