DECISION None has appeared on behalf of the respondents though the notice has been duly served.
2. In continuation of the order dated 27-2-1996 the age according to the Medical Certificate would be 60 years on 7-8-1994. This has to be taken P, as the age of superannuation and not the age given by the appellant himself at the the of his appointment or as corrected in his Service Book. His dues may be corrected accordingly.
3. The appeal is accordingly allowed to this extent
