DECISION Mr. Riaz Hussain Baloch for the respondent states that the respondent died on 8-1-1996 and he has made an application today on 17-4-1996 to bring the LRs on record. Since this application has been filed after more than three months, it is barred by limitation. No Condonation Application has been moved. Even on merits the respondent was Assistant Director in Agricultural Development Bank and he was charged with embezzlement of Rs. 29,56,469. A domestic enquiry was held by the Bank and he was dismissed by order dated 1-11-1992. The Labour Court had set aside the dismissal and allowed reinstatement of the respondent with back benefits. The Bank preferred an appeal against the order of the Labour Court. On the date of hearing of the appeal Syed Jehangir Hussain Shah, Advocate for the Bank and the Bank remained absent on 6-2-1996. On 28-2-1996 Syed Jehangir Hussain Shah filed an application for restoration. On 17-3-1996 Syed Jehangir Hussain Shah remained absent. On the adjourned date i.e. On 17-4-1996 Mr. Anwar Baig for Syed Jehangir Hussain Shah has not been able to show any sufficient cause for non-appearance. The Restoration Application is accordingly dismissed.
2. As regards respondent Ali Gohar Abro who is said to be dead, no further action is required for bringing the L.Rs. On record as the application is the-barred. revisions by the competent authorities.
