ORDERRAZA ALI, MEMBER. These six revision petitions have been preferred by the petitioners for restoration of their lease.

They have requested for extension of their leases upto Rabi, 1988 and further to allow them to deposit all the arrears/dues of lagan in easy instalments.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and have perused the record available in these files.
4. In these cases, the leases of the petitioners do not appear to have been cancelled. I, therefore, extend the same in their favour upto Rabi, 1998. The petitioners should deposit arrears of lagan, enhanced from the to the under Government instructions with penalty of Rs. 5,000/- each, in 8 equal half yearly instalments. The first instalment with the amount of penalty of Rs. 5,000/- each should be deposited within three months.
With the above observations/directions, all the revision petitions are disposed of.
