1. The allegations made in the transfer application have not been specifically denied by the learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, Karachi West. As the allegations made in the transfer application are sufficient to cause apprehension in the mind of the applicant that he would not get a fair trial before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, the case is transferred to the learned Sessions Judge, Karachi West either to try himself or to transfer it to an Additional Sessions Judge other than the learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, Karachi West.
