IRSHAD HASSAN KHAN, ACTING C.J.- This is an application under section 25-A of the Family Courts Act, 1964 for transfer of the suit for restitution of conjugal rights, titled "Rehmat Ali Vs. Mst. Nasreen Akhtar" from the Court of Ch. Muhammad Yousaf Aujla, Judge, Family Court, Pakpattan Sharif to the Court of Mr. Ashiq Faiz, Judge, Family Court, Liaqatpur.

2. The respondent is absent despite service. He is, therefore, proceeded ex-parte.

3. The case of the petitioner is that she is a Pardahnashin and apprehends danger at the hands of the respondent in the event of her defending the aforesaid suit for restitution of conjugal rights. It is further submitted that the petitioner's suit for maintenance is prior in time. The transfer application" is supported by an affidavit. There is no rebuttal to it on record.

4. In view of the above, the suit for restitution of conjugal rights titled "Rehmat Ali Vs. Mst. Nasreen Akhtar" is withdrawn from the Court of Ch. Muhammad Yousaf Aujla, Judge, Family Court, Pakpattan Sharif and transferred to the Court of Mr. Ashiq Faiz, Judge, Family Court, Liaqatpur. Both the aforesaid suits shall be heard and disposed of together.

5. The application is accepted with no order as to costs.
