ORDERRAZA ALI, MEMBER.- The eight petitioners have requested for the grant of proprietary rights of the land in dispute, under notification dated 3-9-1979 and 20-4-1983 claiming sub-tenants of Mirza Anwar Ahmad, original allotte.
2. The learned former Member (Colonies), was pleased to allow them proprietary rights vide his executive order contained in memorandum No. 2443-88/239-CLI, dated 14-1-1987, therefore, requested for the implementation of the above orders of the former Member (Colonies).
In these cases the petitioners have not so far granted proprietary rights by the District Collector, Jhang for the reasons best known to him. 1, however, direct him to grant the proprietary rights to the petitioners as sub-tenants of the land detailed above, in compliance either the orders of learned former Member (Colonies), under notification dated 3-9-1979 forthwith under intimation of this Court.With the above observations, and direction shall the revision petitions are disposed of.
