RAZA ALI, MEMBER.- This review petition has been preferred against my order dated 8.9.1994 whereby the petitioner was allowed to deposit the remaining price of the, land in dispute with a simple interest of 10.50 per cent per annum with a penalty of Rs. 5,000/- within three months.
2. Brief facts of the case have been mentioned in the order under review and need not be repeated.
The petitioner has, however, stated that he had already paid remaining amount of price on 6.11.1976 in addition to Rs. 30,000/- 1/4th advance money.
3. I have heard arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and have perused the record available in this file.
4. In this case the petitioner appears to have already made payment of full price on 6.11.1976. The interest thereon should be received upto the said date. My order dated 8.9.1994 is modified accordingly. revisions by the competent authorities.
