ORDER RAZA ALI, MEEMBER.- These two revision petitions have been preferred against the order dated 28.5.1994, whereby the Additional Commissioner (Consolidation) Multan Division refused the request of the petitioners to be impleaded as party.
2. 1 have heard learned counsel for the petitioners in both the cases and have perused the record available in the file.
3. Without going into the merits of the case, I hereby allow the petitioner to be impleaded as party in the cases pending before the Additional Commissioner (Consolidation), who should decide the claim of the parties concerned and decide the same on merits. Both the revision petitions are accepted accordingly
