ORDER FALAK SHER, J.- Petitioner, alleging abduction of his married daughter Mst. Mumtaz Bibi wedded to Muhammad Waris 5 1/2 years ago with feminine of-spring, by the respondents for illicit fornication recoursed to the present petition couched in the form of habeas corpus with a .View to securing her production and recovery, who consequent upon recovery by the bailiff affirming the petitioner's stance stated to have been abducted during the preceding Ramzan by Riaz respondent alongwith his brother ljaz. Nawaz alias Nazoo and Jan Muhammad alongwith a female accomplice in a wagon and subjection to illicit fornication by the former alongwith his brother Ijaz during a week's confinement subsequent whereto she was sold out to Wassna respondent.
2. To which the respondents joining issue acclaimed to have been given in marriage to the latter by the detenues father Lai Khan vide Nikahnama dated 22.2.1994.
3. In view whereof the petitioner was required to arrange presence of the detenue's father and husband who having joined the proceedings, affirming the petitioner as well as that of the detenue's versions vehemently refuted the respondents' plea.

In view whereof granting the petition the detenue is allowed to accompany the petitioner who if so advised can bring her grievance in writing to the notice of the S.H.O, of the concerned police station who, in the event of divulgence of any cognizable offence would be obliged to proceed with the same in accordance with law. Accordingly the petition is disposed of.
