ORDERRAZA ALI, MEMBER (COLONIES).- These 10 review petitions have been preferred against my order dated 19.5.1994, whereby the revision petitions of the petitioners were accepted with this single order and the lease in dispute was extended upto Rabi, 1995. All the petitioners were also allowed to apply for the grant of proprietary rights under a new scheme, if and when invoked and they were also directed to deposit all the arrears/dues with penalty within three months.
2. Brief facts of these cases have been mentioned in the order under review and need not to be mentioned. The petitioners have now requested to allow them to deposit all the dues/arrears in instalments due to their poor economic condition. The point in issue being the same, these review petitions are disposed of with this single order.
3. I have heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioners and have perused the record.(Jiwan Khan, Member)

In these cases, it would be in the interest of the petitioners to deposit all the dues/arrears with the amount of penalty of Rs. 5,000/- each as soon as possible enabling themselves to apply for the grant of proprietary rights under a new scheme to be invoked. However, keeping in view, the request of the petitioners I allow them to deposit the dues/arrears in 14 equal six monthly instalments. All the review petitions are disposed of and the orders under review are modified accordingly.
