1. ORDER QAMARUNNISA KHOKHAR, J.- Atif Hayat, S.H.O, submits that he has cancelled the FIR in question and learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has borne fruit. So, it should be dismissed as withdrawn.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 opposes the cancellation of the questioned FIR by the police stating that the police is in line with the petitioner and alleged persons behind the petitioner.

3. If the respondent wants to challange the cancellation of FIR, he can challange the same by way of an appropriate action permitted by law. This writ petition was for quashment of FIR and the FIR stands cancelled by the respondent No. 3 S.H.O. The instant writ petition has borne fruit. It is dismissed being fructified.
