ORDER ABDUL HAFEEZ CHEEMA, J.- Arguments have been heard and record perused.
2. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he was found in possession of an expired injection of Vibramicine. Learned counsel contends that he is Hakim by profession and purely deals in Unani medicines and has no concern whatsoever with the allopathic prescriptions. Someone appears to have wrongs placed this injection, in his clinic and he has been falsely involved in this case. He has sworn an affidavit in support of his contentions.
3. Learned State counsel also points out that this is the only allegation against the petitioner and no other spurious drugs were recovered from him.
4. The interim to the petitioner vide my order dated 23.1.1996 is confirmed in the circumstances. .
