1. DECISION ' The judgment was passed by the Labour Court in this case on 27-4-1995, certified copy was applied for on 18-7-1995 the copy was delivered on 19-7-1995, and the appeal was filed on 6-8- 1995, so even before applying for the copy the 30 days' period of limitation was over. This appeal is, therefore, clearly time-barred. There is no application for condonation of delay. The objections of Mr. Mehboob Rizvi, that the appeal is time-barred are allowed the appeal is dismissed as time- barred.
