ORDER TASSADUQ HUSSAIN JILANI, J.- Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in case FIR No. 36/96, dated 1.2.1996 P.S. Kanganpur District Kasur u/Ss. 302/34 P.P.C, on the ground that they are being falsely implicated on account of mala files.
2. Petitioners have not moved the Court of Sessions in the first instance To enable them to approach the said Court, they are admitted to pre-arrest ad-interim in the afore-referred case till 14.2.1996 provided they furnish bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C./Dut\ Magistrate Kasur.
3. It is clarified that this order shall only ensure up-till 14.2.1996.
