1. ORDER . Z1A MEHMOOD MIRZA, J.- I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners at considerable length. Contentions raised by them involve the interpretation of constitutional provisions relating to the independence of Judiciary and its separation from the Executive with particular reference to the relevant provisions of the Suppression of Terrorist Activities (Special Courts) Act. 1975 and the offences in respect of Banks (Special Courts) Ordinance, 1984 impugned in and declared invalid by the High Court.
2. Operation of the impugned judgment of the High Court is. Therefore, suspended pending the hearing of the petition for leave to appeal which may be fixed before the appropriate Bench as soon as it is available at Lahore.
