ORDER MUHAMMAD AMIR MALIK, J.- It was a broad-day occurrence and according to the FIR the shot of Amjad co-accused hit the deceased in the chest in front while the petitioners and others indulged in firing generally. No crime empty was recovered from the spot nor ary bullet/pellet marks were observed On the surrounding houses. In the circumstances the case of the petitioners calls for further inquiry. Allowed bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
