DECISION ' This is an appeal against the order of the 1st Sindh Labour Court, Karachi, on an application under section 25-A of the I.R.O. Whereby the grievance petition of the appellant was dismissed and he was not re-instated.
2. The facts in brief are that the appellant was appointed as Security Incharge in the Bakery from 24-2-1993. On 24-5-1993 termination letter was issued to him. Since it was found that during his stay, petty theft of baking trays etc. Had taken place and since he had been discharged after 90 days period of probation, the appellant has no cause of action. The order of the lower Court is therefore proper and valid and there is no reason for interference. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
