' Allah Ditta petitioner was arrested on 31st of March, 1995, in pursuance of a case registered against him vide first information report No,51/95, dated the 4th of March, 1995, at Police Station Ghaii Abad of Sahiwal District, under section 399/353/324/186/148/149, P.P.C. Regarding an occurrence which took place On the 4th of March, 1995, at midnight in the area of Chak No,171/9-L which is about 4 kilometers from the said police station.
