2. This petition seems to be a device to cut short the process of law. The proper remedy in such like matters is to file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights or to obtain warrants under section 100 of the Cr.P.C. The Courts being custodian of the honour of the families has to put a check in exercising powers in such like matter of sensitive nature. The petition being based on mala fides and ulterior purposes is dismissed in limine.
