ORDER

' The petitioner alongwith his co-accused is involved in a case under section 302/34, P.P.C. At Police Station Dera Rahim, District Sahiwal, and the allegation against him is that he was accompanying Muhammad Amin, main culprit, at the time of occurrence, who fired at Mst. Sarwar deceased, hitting her on her shin and neck. The prosecution case is that the petitioner as well as Allah Ditta co-accused exhorted Muhammad Amin, with the result that he fired second time hitting the deceased on left arm.

' The motive alleged against the petitioner is that Mst. Sarwar had married one Nosher and this annoyed her relations.

2. I have questioned the Sub-Inspector who is present in Court with the police file, about the exact relationship of the petitioner with Mst. Sarwar deceased and, according to him, it is not decipherable from his record. In the circumstances of the case, it is argued that as proverbial Lalkara is attributed to the petitioner, he is entitled to the grant of bail.

3. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is allowed bail in the sum of Rs,25,000 with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C./Duty Magistrate, Sahiwal. revisions by the competent authorities.
