1. ORDER SAEED-UR-REHMAN FARRUKH. J.- The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 10 of Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood)
2. Ordinance. 1979 registered vide FIR No. 263'96. Dated 26.5.1996 at Police Station Ferozewala.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 22.6.1996 and challan has since been submitted in Court. According to the learned counsel, the, petitioner is entitled to bail as he has already suffered more than a year in the judicial lock-up. It is further argued that Mst. Asia Bibi is lawfully wedded wife of the petitioner and there is a regular nikahnama duly registered with the Nikah Registrar available on the record (Annex. B/l).
2. Keeping in view the above contentions, this petition is accepted and the petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five thousand) with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
