1. SH. MUHAMMAD ZUBARI, J. - The petitioner was convicted and sentenced on 30.7.1988 to imprisonment for life. His appeal has not been heard within a period of two years. He prays for suspension of his sentence on Statutory ground. Allowed. The sentence of the petitioner is suspended and he is allowed bail provided he furnishes security in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C. Mianwali.
