' The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered through F.I.R. No,157/91, dated 17-6-1991, under sections 302/34, P.P.C., 324/337-A(ii), P.P.C. At Police Station Luddan, District Vehari, on statutory ground. The case was registered on 17-6-1991 and the trial has not yet concluded. The petitioner is behind the bar since his arrest about two years before. There is no allegation that the petitioner is dangerous and desperate criminal. It has also not been argued that the delay in the disposal of the case was caused by the petitioner.
