1. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. Admittedly the applicant has not moved the Court of Sessions Judge, Naushero Feroz District for pre-arrest bail. He has argued that if the applicant goes to said Court he would be arrested on the way.
2. ' In the circumstances applicant Muhammad Rahim is granted protective bail for a period of one week in the sum of Rs,50,000 with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
3. ' The application for bail stands disposed of.
