' The appellants were convicted on 27-7-1992 who have filed this petition for their admission to bail after suspension of the sentence on the statutory ground of their conviction for a period of two years.
2. We have heard the arguments. The factual merits of the matter cannot be analysed and discussed. However, on statutory ground the appellants are held entitled to be admitted to bail.
Therefore, the sentence is suspended and the appellants are admitted to bail in the sum of Rs,1,00,000. (one lac) each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Vehari.
